The outdoor bar area is called the Rhum Bar, which is perfect for an evening relaxing at the water's edge. This is the perfect place to enjoy selections from extensive rum, wine, and beer lists.  Just outside the bar area are waterfront decks filled with large market umbrellas, illuminated by hurricane lanterns in the evening.

The Afterdeck serves lunch and dinner daily, weather permitting.  The menu features a wide array of signature dishes from the brother and sister team of Bryan and Tracey Carithers These dishes have been developed from travels throughout the world and love of the South and the Caribbean.

This  gathering place for visitors and locals alike offers  spectacular evening views of Beaufort Inlet, Carrot Island, and panoramic sunsets.
